Ray Schaap, Owner and President

Ray is the majority owner of FCL and has been working in the construction industry in Western Canada for over 25 years. Ray has managed a wide variety of projects, ranging from custom homes and multi-family residential to commercial warehouse/office buildings, health care facilities, and government projects. Since moving to Calgary in 1999 as a site superintendent for a local general contractor, Ray has established many long lasting relationships with exceptional sub-trades and consultants. He has a proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget, as is evidenced by an increasing list of references.
