Since 2002, FCL has been providing general contracting and construction management services for commercial construction projects in Calgary, Alberta and surrounding areas. With over 20 years of experience, FCL has built a diverse portfolio and earned a solid reputation for delivering quality results. FCL is owned and operated by Ray Schaap, whose strong leadership and hands-on approach have been key to the company’s continued success.

Over the past decade, FCL has managed the construction of over 100,000 square feet of commercial buildings and multi-tenant retail centres.
